How to register for Epic Tryouts
Please carefully read the necessary items you will need to complete in order to register for tryouts whether you are a new or returning family to the club:
1. Create or Sign in to your SportsEngine (SE) account.
- A parent MUST be the primary account holder. The parent who registers the athlete for tryouts should be considered the master "Guardian" account holder.
- NEED HELP?- Click the blue "Need Help" button to the far right side of your screen. ------------------------------------------------->
- An athlete should NOT register themselves for tryouts using their own SportsEngine account
What to bring with to tryouts
Below are two important items to make sure you bring with you when you arrive at tryouts.
1. Proof of current Badger Region membership, either full-season membership or tryout membership.
- If you played club this year, your current membership does not expire until 8/31/2025 and can be used for tryouts.
- If you did not play club last year, are trying out for the first time, or are unsure if you will make a team, you may purchase a "tryout membership," which can later be upgraded to the full season once you make a team. CLICK HERE (Not available for purchase until July 1st)
2. Fully completed medical release form- CLICK HERE.

What Age Group to Register For
The cut off date to determine which age group to tryout for is July 1st. The easiest way for you to know which age group to try out for is to look at the diagram below.
